RICHARD BOSLAND

Mr. Bosland has 25 years of professional staffing experience. Prior to cofounding Bosland Gray Associates, Mr. Bosland was affiliated with KPMG Peat Marwick’s Executive Search Practice where he conducted searches on a nationwide basis for the firm’s Mid Atlantic clients from New York City to Philadelphia. Since cofounding Bosland Gray Associates, Mr. Bosland has conducted senior level searches for executives in human resource, finance, marketing, logistics, manufacturing, information systems and general management. His clients include leading companies in the pharmaceutical, med/device, chemical, industrial and consumer packaged goods industries. His clients have recognized Mr. Bosland for his high level of integrity and commitment to quality service. His clients have rewarded him with multiple repeat projects across different functional areas with in their organizations. Mr. Bosland has a B.S. in History from Denison University and an MAT from Colgate University.

ANDY GRAY

Mr. Gray has 25 years of professional staffing experience. Prior to cofounding Bosland Gray Associates Mr. Gray was affiliated with KPMG Peat Marwick’s Executive Search Practice where he conducted searches on a nationwide basis for the firm’s clients from New York City to Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gray served as Director of Research for a leading executive search firm. Since cofounding Bosland Gray Associates, Mr. Gray has conducted senior level searches for executives in R & D, finance, marketing, logistics, manufacturing, information systems and general management. His clients have included leading companies in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial industries. Mr. Gray has been recognized by his clients for his ability to deliver on very difficult and highly technical recruitment projects. His delivery skills have provided him with significant repeat business from satisfied clients, including one client for whom he has conducted in excess of 50 highly technical and difficult projects. Mr. Gray possesses a B.S. in Microbiology from Rutgers University.
